The 3.7kW wetback used in the Pyroclassic IV is a development over the conventional copper loop type units which can cause quite a disturbance to the gas flow inside a fire. Our wetback uses an open grid format which increases the surface area of the wetback and actually improves the gas flow within the upper chamber of the fire. We have even had reports from existing customers who have retro fitted this wetback after many years using a copper loop type that it also improves the heat distribution across the cooking surface.
Please note: This wetback can only be used in a low pressure system.
