The main reason is because smartphones have a habit of “autocorrecting” Pyroclassic to pyroclastic which resulted in customers unable to find us in online search results. Some customers even referred to us as “Pyroclastic” when we spoke to them on the phone! For those wondering, pyroclastic flow is the lava that flows along the ground away from the volcano.
Don’t worry, we haven’t dropped the ‘classic’ from our branding completely! The Pyroclassic IV model is now called the Pyro Classic. The Classic is our ‘classic’ design that has stood the time for more than 4 decades and 4 iterations.
The Pyroclassic Mini is now simply the Pyro Mini. It’s essentially a smaller version of the Classic but for smaller homes.
